Recommended for the cultivation of rare microorganisms. Adding 0.1% Agar will enhance the growth of anaerobic organisms. Store at room temperature and protect from moisture and light.

For cultivating a variety of non-fastidious organisms.
Dissolve 23g in one liter distilled water. Heat solution to boiling with continuous stirring for one minute. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Mix medium with gentle agitation to avoid bubbles prior to pouring plates. Store at room temperature.

Mix 3 capsules in 1 liter of purified water until evenly dispersed. Heat with repeated stirring and boil for 1 minute to dissolve completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
